And This Is My Life In Words && Photos.
Tell me about the dream where we pull the bodies out of the lake
and dress them in warm clothes again.
How it was late, and no one could sleep, the horses running
until they forget that they are horses.
It's not like a tree where the roots have to end somewhere,
it's more like a song on a policeman's radio,
how we rolled up the carpet so we could dance, and the days
were bright red, and every time we kissed there was another apple
to slice into pieces.
Look at the light through the windowpane. That means it's noon, that means
we're inconsolable.
Tell me how all this, and love too, will ruin us.
These, our bodies, possessed by light.
Tell me we'll never get used to it.

I wrote out the longest post the other day and my sweet Mayson came up and hit one button on the keyboard and it was gone. Total headdesk moment!
Saturday, Angelyna, Ciarra & I walked a 3 mile marathon for March of Dimes for my one of my good friends Julia in memory of her daughter. It was a great feeling and the girls loved it too, and I'm glad that got to experience it! We had a blast, stopped for cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate along the way. Afterwards, I picked up Rylan & Stormie and we all headed to Julias for a BBQ and swimming. We spent the whole afternoon at the pool and it was so fun.

Sunday, we had a family BBQ. Everyone but my mom came over and we all hung out and drank some beers and BBQ'd. It was awesome to have that family time, its rare when all 5 of us siblings are together under the same roof and I am so glad we got too. I plan on moving within the next year far away from here, so I want to get in as much quality time in with them while I can because who knows when it'll ever happen again. Shayne ended up coming by to pick up the girls and stayed and hung out, which was pretty cool. So growing up, my mom never took pictures. Shes never even owned a camera. So we literally have like 0 pictures of our childhood, or of us kids together. So I was SO fucking stoked to get a shot with all 5 of us yesterday, it means so much to me. And the ones with my grandma. I'm going to frame them for her for Mothers Day :)

So the other day I was transferring some pictures from my old computer to my laptop. I have literally thousands and thousands of pictures on my PC, 6 years worth and its been a serious pain in the ass going through all of them. Anyways, I came across a ton of SUPER old pictures. Its such a trip to look back. Thats what I love most about photography. Being able to look back years later and be able to be brought right back to that moment by looking at a picture.
Only 19! Seems so long ago
My birthday is only 14 days away :) Holllar. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to be 25 every year until....well ever. Good plan? Yes! I'm especially stoked this year because I get to celebrate in Vegas! I'm flying to Phoenix and then Matt & I are going to have our first road trip to Vegas for one of my best friends wedding! I have been looking forward to this trip for months now and its finally here. Yayyy :)
