Beware: This post will be long && random!! :)
Its hard to believe that Angelyna will be in the big DOUBLE- DIGITS this year. 10 years old. Most days, it doesn't feel like 10 years, it literally feels like yesterday I was staring at that positive pregnancy test. I still remember her first learning to walk, and I remember her first REAL laugh. It just really seems unbelievable how fast time really does go by. I've been really blessed with Angelyna because she is genuwinely such an amazing kid. She is the best big sister in the world, she is extremely respectful and polite. She is SO smart and thoroughly enjoys school and learning. I have never had to argue with her about getting up for school, or sitting down and doing her homework, which is a constant battle with her sisters. She is strong willed, beautiful, independent and mature. I could go on and on and on.
All that being said, I am not afraid to admit that I am scared for the next coming years. The past few months, Angelyna and I have had to experience alot of "firsts" together. Her first training bra, her first crush, our first talk about puberty, about peer pressure at school. I have noticed considerable changes in her attitude and tempermant. Such as complete meltdowns over NOTHING, completely over dramaticizing situations or conversations, randomly breaking down and crying over little things and when I ask why shes crying, she says I dont know, I dont know. I know she's growing up. I remember being her age not so long ago. I have to give major props to google and the internet because it has been the major source for finding information about HOW to talk to Angelyna about these issues and changes, as well as finding ways to keep the communication open between us, rightout it being to strict or to laid back. I honestly dont know wtf I'm doing, parenting doesn't come with a manual or instructions, and quite honestly, I didnt have the best role models for parents myself. So it is SO important for me to always have an open line of communication with the girls, and to always give them the right information the right way. Its just surreal to be at this level already, a whole new chapter of parenting.

Let me tell you, bathtime is a HIT in my house with Rylan and Mayson. The older girls prefer showers now *cause its more grown up, ha!*. On a typical day, Rylan and Mayson will take 3 baths. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one before bed. If they had it THEIR way, theyd have a bath everytime they passed the bathroom. And some days, this is an all day arguement. I'm pretty sure they have fish blood.
About 2 months ago, I signed up for a local farm to deliver organic vegetables and fresh fruit to my house twice a month. BEST investment ever, and SO cheap. I get the most delicious fruits & veggies, a box full, twice a month. I'm not sure if this is available everywhere, but you should definitely check into it. I've been really trying to cook & bake more and I actually really enjoy doing it. I'm lucky enough to have kids who enjoy veggies so its always awesome to make side dishes and stews with this stuff :)
Rylan loves drawing monsters LOL
I had too <3
Playing with chalk is one of our most favorite pasttimes in the spring. All of the girls love to color and draw and this way the world is their canvas(along with the outside of my house and car on occasion.....). We try to sneak out for an hour or so everyday and play with chalk and ride bikes. Its one of the times I look forward to the most <3
